| Bellatoff products require only minimal care and maintenance. All that is needed to remove surface dirt or dust, in most cases, is a soft damp cloth gently wiped over the surface of the product. Minor scuffs can be removed by gently rubbing with your fingertips. Bellatoff Leather Lotion is available for purchase, a cleaner and conditioner that is safe and beneficial for most leathers. Before cleaning and conditioning the complete item, always test the cleaner/conditioner on a small discrete area first. Lighter colored leather will darken when a cleaner/conditioner is applied and lighten again as it dries, although it may remain slightly darker than before cleaning. |

You can obtain repair service for Bellatoff products simply by following the three easy steps listed below. Please note we do not offer a refurbishing or cleaning service. If you need information about cleaning or care of your item, please go to “How Do I Clean and Care for my Bellatoff Product?” above, on our website. Sometimes products are beyond repair for various reasons; our repair department representative may be able to help you determine that when you telephone (Step 1), or we may have to see the product (Step 3) to determine repairability. Please note there is a $25.00 minimum handling charge for all repairs.
Step 1. Call our repair department at 1-877-506-1870 and explain the repairs needed. Our representative will issue to you a Return Authorization number for the repair of your item.
Step 2. Please pack your item securely in an appropriate shipping container and mark the Return Authorization number clearly on the outside. The absence of an RA # on the outside of the package would prevent it from being accepted by our receiving department. For your protection we suggest you ship your product insured for full retail value, using a service such as UPS or FedEx, that can trace your package.

Step 3. Within a week of receiving your parcel we will contact you at the daytime phone number or e-mail address you provided. At that time we will advise you as to any repair costs and how long the repair will take. We can usually have your item ready to ship back to you within 2 weeks of your response. |

| New, unused Bellatoff items purchased directly from Bellatoff.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, or exchanged for another item simply by returning the item in the original packaging. Fill out the enclosed Return Form completely, place with product in the package, wrap securely, and attach the enclosed Return Label on the outside of the box. If you do not have the Return Label provided by Bellatoff with the item you purchased, please call or e-mail us before shipping your item, to ask for a Return Authorization number. The absence of a Bellatoff return label or RA # on the outside of the package would prevent it from being accepted by our receiving department. In this confidence, we guarantee all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship.
In the unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of a defect in the materials or workmanship of our product, we will repair your item promptly, free of charge. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same model or the most similar product available. A Bellatoff customer service representative, available by telephone at 1-877-506-1870, will request some information about the problem and indicate a repair address to which to send your bag.
Bellatoff’s guarantee is not an unconditional guarantee for the life of the product. Although our products are of the highest quality workmanship, constructed from only the finest leathers, fabrics, and other materials available, they are not indestructible. Damage to the product resulting from abuse or mishandling is not covered under our guarantee, nor do we cover incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of the product or damage/loss of contents of the bag or product.
It is to be expected that our products, like any such products, will show wear with use over time, especially at points such as handles, piping, and closures, which may eventually need to be repaired or replaced. This type of wear and tear naturally falls outside of our guarantee. But when the item is repairable, and if the materials are still available from which it was made, we will be happy to provide high-quality repairs to your Bellatoff bag for a reasonable fee.

| Bellatoff has literally searched the world over for leathers with distinctive looks, textures and performance characteristics to enhance your personal style. Tanners in the many regions of the world have developed their own traditions for turning skins into leather, and we have looked for those who produce the pinnacle of perfection in the particular style and art for which their region is renowned. Our joint ventures and close working relationships with those tanners insure that Bellatoff receives the very best that their finite resources have to offer. The leathers we select are beautiful to look at, inviting to the touch, and retain their beauty with minimal care through years of usage.
All of Bellatoff’s leather is rendered by natural tanning techniques. Those hides that are colored have been done so with aniline dye, rather than a coating of paint or heavy pigmented dye, in order to achieve a rich, deep-dyed hue, enriched by the luminosity and natural variegations of the skin. The natural range markings you will sometimes see on the leather are characteristic of unpainted finishes, and make every single item truly unique. Distinctive milling processes have been used to render our French Calf and Sauvage leathers buttery soft and supple. The extra care and craftsmanship put into the tanning processes enable the leather in Bellatoff products to develop a rich patina with years of human contact, and age like a fine wine. |

| Most of our hardware is jewelry quality and is made by hand in our own in-house foundry. Our hand picked premium leather is of the highest quality available. Many handbag manufacturers cannot buy from small custom tanneries because of the high volume of hides they need. We search the world for the very finest hides for each application. Our production consists of small custom runs allowing Bellatoff to utilize only the finest skins and hides. |
